My little waterbaby!Isabelle had her first swimming lesson today! I don't know who was more excited, me and Daniel or her. Probably us. She did really well. She wasn't afraid of the water at all...a little clingy when we first got in there but it didn't take long for her to warm up to swimming. (She did have quite a death grip on my arm at first!) As we played, she really became more relaxed and comfortable in the water. We splashed around to "Ring around the Fishes" and went slow and fast to "Motorboat, Motorboat." We practiced jumping in to the pool from sitting on the side and then standing. Then we practiced moving our 'big arms' to go get floaty toys. We also batted around some beach balls and made splashes with them too. It was a lot of fun!! Daddy came along too and took some video and pictures!
