Adventureland

We were season pass holders for the summer at Adventureland! It was a lot of fun and we definitely got our money's worth! It was extra nice because I only had to buy one pass for myself since kids 3 and under are free. Its a bargain!!

The first time we went, it was just us. We spent the majority of the time on the boats, cars, little trucks and of course, the carousel.

 

The first trip!! They were so excited!!

 

First ride - the ladybugs. I don't think they are convinced this is supposed to be fun.

Ok, now that's more like it! Adventureland is FUN!

 

We met a friend and a couple of their friends the next week to have some some Adventureland fun. I thought maybe being with other kids that were a little older and that were more used to the rides would lessen Isabelle's fears but nope. She was content on the boats, ladybugs, cars, and the carousel. And it turns out that the little boy's mom works with my good friend from nursing school. And I requested that she be the OR nurse when Ethan gets his new tubes in and his adenoids out! It pays to have connections in nursing.... ;o) 

 

The Frog Hopper....terrifying. It took a lot of convincing for her to even get on this ride. They went up 2 times and they had to stop the ride because she was screaming and twisting around in her seat.

 

We spent Memorial Day at home. It was so nice out. Got the pools out and had some fun in the sun.
