Today was Isabelle's 1st snow day!! Daddy stayed home from work and Mommy got home from work this morning with no problem! Our road was pretty deep...I took the main roads, which weren't that bad, to our road and just gunned it and hoped to make it into the driveway! Isabelle wasn't too impressed with the snow - she did look a little confused when she saw all the white stuff covering the ground. Isabelle spent the day lounging around with Mom and Dad. It was fun! Until Mom and Dad had to go shovel the driveway the next day! We had about 16 inches on the ground, then the wind drifted the snow down by the garage like it always does so it was deeper there. Ugh, I guess we just jumped into winter in Iowa - nothing like getting a 1st snow of the season of 16 inches!
