One week check up

At the doctor's office.

Ethan had his first Dr's appt today. He weighed 8lbs 8oz so he's gained back his weight that he lost before leaving the hospital. He weighed 7lbs 14 oz when we left the hospital on Thursday. They didn't measure him, which I thought was strange but this is a different doctor than what I am used to. Ethan did really well for the doctor as she looked him over. Her conclusion was that he was perfect! She refreshed my memory on caring for a newborn and told me a couple of things that pertain to caring for boys - but that was about it. Next check up will be at 2 months.
