Center Grove Orchard

The kids and I had a playdate with some girls from work and their kiddos. We had never been to Center Grove Orchard and I have to say, I was very impressed! The kids had a great time playing together and exploring the farm. I posted a ton of pics on this one....but there was just so many fun things to do here!

Checking out the chickens.

Ethan watcing the goats.

Isabelle thought the goats were pretty cool.

It was a very windy day but we had a great time! I can't wait to go back next fall!

They had "The Three Little Pigs" houses to play in...
House made of straw

House made of sticks.

We didn't make it to the house made of bricks...on to other things. So many things to do and see here!

Checking out the horses.
It was fun to watch Ethan watching the animals and the other kids. Just soaking it all in.
There was a corn pool too....that was so much fun! Isabelle loved jumping into it and Ethan didn't really mind it at all. He wasn't afraid to crawl around and really explore it. Although he didn't like it when I tried to get him to lie down in it on his back.

Isabelle isn't too modest....she was cracking me up, rolling around in the corn, making piles of it on her tummy. She insisted on wearing a dress that day. Little did I know that we'd be playing in a big pool of corn. And it was windy out. Her little undies were exposed more than once outside. Too funny!

Ethan really enjoyed this. He's all smiles!

There was also a big jumping pad - I have no idea how it worked or what it was made of but it was SO FUN! The kids loved it! We were lucky enough to be the only ones jumping on it since all the school kids were eating lunch. Later on, the bigger kids were sending all these little ones flying!

I put Ethan on there for a little bit...I didn't want him to get too bounced around. Of course, he loved it and was mad when I took him off.

Pretty blue-eyed babies.

There was a big slide that you used burlap sacks to go down. On our way to the top, Isabelle said to me, "You aren't going with me." And she meant it. We got to the top and she was almost pushing herself down before I could get her seated on her sack. She went down all by herself! And wanted to do it again.

At the top.....a look of determination.

And there she goes....

Little brother and his blue-eyed friend didn't like to sit and wait in the wind.
Before we left, the kids each picked out a pumpkin to take home and show Daddy.
