4th (3rd) of July Party

After our mini getaway to NW Iowa, we headed back to DSM for the annual 4th of July party at Uncle Jonathan and Aunt Kim's house. A good time was had by all. Lots of playing in the sprinklers, volleyball, swinging, sparklers, meeting new people, good food and good conversation. The neighbors even put on a big fireworks show for us in addition to Kim's pyrometrics. I even took a trip down the water slide this year. It was so hot, how could I not? Thank goodness, those pics haven't surfaced yet.

Izzy had tons of fun with her cousins, especially Tayor.

They had out all sorts of water toys and the shark water slide. Isabelle wasn't a big fan...she played the scaredy cat card but eventually Sydney and Taylor got her to go down it. We did all sorts of fun outdoor things......
