We went to Storm Lake for the 4th of July this year. My brother TJ (Tim) and his wife were the commodores for the Star-Spangled Spectacular this year. Its the annual celebration that the town has on the 4th and every year a different couple in the business community is in charge of it. It was a success - everything went off without a hitch and we all had a great time!
There was a kiddie parade on the 3rd. It lasted about 3 minutes. The boys had their bikes and the girls pulled the little ones in the wagon with the Gator. We didn't win any prizes but it was fun!

Later in the week, we went boating with grandma and grandpa. The kids love playing on the beach.
